If you do not see any transaction on your PayPal account, credit card transaction or bank statement, then you can immediately inform Paypal Customer Care through the resolution center.
First of all , login to your PayPal account then scroll down and at the bottom of page you will see Resolution Center click on it.
- Now Click on Report a Problem.
- Select that transaction which you want to dispute, after it click on Continue.
- Choose ‘I want to report unauthorized activity.’
- Click on Continue.
- Follow the instructions to finish opening your dispute.
